Fees and costs as detailed below can be broken up over payment plans with 25% down upon signing of the contract for services (retainer agreement) and five (5) monthly payments thereafter.

NOTE: Completed documents and related work/advice will not be provided until payment is made in full. If payments are stopped all payments made thus far will be waived without a right to reimbursement.


Basic Plan

Basic Plan - Single Person : $1,250

  • Will: A will is a legal document which allows you to dictate whom will receive your assets upon your passing.

Basic Plan - Married Couple : $2,100

  • Will for each person (2): A will is a legal document which allows you to dictate whom will receive your assets upon your passing.

Note: A Will based plan (Basic and Basic Plus) will go through probate and be subject to associated fees, taxes, and administrative/public court processes.

Essentials Plan

Essentials Plan - Single Person : $4,000

  • Revocable Living Trust: A legal document which provides a detailed and specific process for the management and transfer of your assets during your life and after you pass.

  • Pour Over Will: A legal document which will have to go through probate to address any assets not properly moved into your trust at the time of your passing to be ordered to be handled pursuant to the provisions in your trust.

  • Financial Power of Attorney

  • Medical Power of Attorney

  • HIPAA Release

  • Advanced Health Care Directive: legal document to instruct others as to your wishes related to medical treatment, artificially administered fluids, organ donation, etc. It serves to take the weight off the shoulders of your loved ones as to what you “would want”

  • Joint Revocable Living Trust

  • Pour Over Will x2

  • Financial Power of Attorney x2

  • Advanced Health Care Directive x2

  • Annual 1hour “Check-Up” meeting for 5 years

Note: In scenarios where is a second marriage, children from another relationship, or separate property assets it may be necessary to prepare two separate Revocable Living Trusts of which will result in additional time and fees.


Premier Plan

Premier Plan - Single Person : $4,750

Add-On Services

Kids Protection Plan

Price Range: $550

Add on to supplement your estate plan if you have minor children and address potential future issues should you become unable to care for them or pass away or become incapacitated and provide direction to the court as to guardianship options for your minor children.

Real Estate Transfer to Trust

Price Range: $650

Add on to supplement your selected plan to facilitate in the transfer of real estate into your trust. Doing so will re-title the real estate in the name of your trust and provide for the protections and processes of which are provided for in your trust.

Note: Does not include notary fee, recording fees, etc.

Specialized Trusts

Price Range: Varies

There are often scenarios when a more specialized type of trust is needed such as

  • Special Needs Trust

  • Irrevocable Life Insurance Trust

When and if such a specialized trust is most suitable for your needs our office can assist with such but the price point for the services will be augmented to take into account the additional work and advice of which will be necessary.

Limited Estate Planning Services

Young Adult Protection Plan

(Service available for adult children)

Price : $449 - $______

Preparing for your child as they become adults, turn 18, can result in many exciting milestones and planning. However, not many have it on their radar the need to prepare for the unknown.

Once a child reaches the age of 18 the rights to make financial and medical decisions for your child change fundamentally - which is why it is so important to have a plan and legal documents in place to allow you the ability to assist your adult child and make the decisions (such as medical decision), or access to medical records should the need arise.

Gestational Carrier Estate Plan

Price Range: $500

If you are a gestational carrier and looking to prepare a general Estate Plan pursuant to the agreement as well as the codified requirements we are here to help you with a Gestational Carrier Estate Plan, specifically:

  • General Living Will

  • Medical Power of Attorney

  • Power of Attorney

These services are a truncated and specialized service that our office offers for gestational carriers.

We remain available to help you prepare a more detailed and robust plan should you desire such, but also understand the immediate needs related to your decision to serve as a gestational carrier to help a family build their family.
