Melinda Gomez Jackson

Mrs. Jackson has devoted her fifteen (15) year legal career in litigation helping others though the difficult and stressful legal process. She is bringing her substantial experience to help her clients in Oklahoma to plan in order to avoid the pitfalls of court, protect their interests should they end up in court, and preserve their future.

While in college at University of California at Davis she provided volunteer legal services to survivors navigating the legal system while they worked to heal from from domestic violence and sexual assault. While pregnant with her daughter Mrs. Jackson was honored to contribute to the future of the legal community when she served as an Adjunct Law Professor for Whittier Law School.  Mrs. Jackson continues in her commitment to the community through her public service, since moving to Green Country Mrs. Jackson has been actively involved in her community of which she looks forward to continuing utilizing her Oklahoma Law License.

Historically Mrs. Jackson has focused her talents on family law matters and advocated for clients ranging from high net worth individuals to stay at home parents as well as pro per litigants through her non-profit work.  In each scenario no matter the client she has prided herself in providing the same level of care, attention, and advocacy to each person that has sought her guidance. Throughout her career she has had the privilege to advocate for her clients in a wide variety of matters from the drafting of prenuptial agreements, working with parties to mediate and resolve their issues while avoiding court, as well as litigating highly contested issues related to property, businesses ownership and valuation, support, and custody.

Family Law has provided the opportunity to intersect and analyze many areas of law as the issues clients experience touch all aspects of their lives and areas of law. This has resulted in her gaining considerable experience on a wide variety of legal areas and issues of which which allows for the opening of a local law firm that will provide a wider breath of services for clients.

Having litigated, and resolved through settlement, highly contested multi faceted issues for the past fifteen (15) years Mrs. Jackson can utilize those experiences, skill, and knowledge to advocate and assist her clients in planning by looking to the various options available while problem solving. In doing so this can help her clients minimize future legal issues, thereby protecting themselves and preserving the future for themselves and their families.
